Hai, I am a newbie in Dotnetnuke. I have added gallery module. It works fine. But have a problem. I will explain it with an example, I have created some user accounts, One of them is say X. X uploaded an image, my problem is that, if i give permission to edit for registered users, image uploaded by X can be edited by other registered users. How can I prevent that. Please help me.

One of the features that we may implement in a future gallery version is more granular permissions. For now, you might try setting the Is Private" option in the gallery configuration and assign the owner of the top level gallery to yourself .Then create child albums for each of the users you wish to permit to edit their own uploads. In each of the created child albums, set the album owner to the username of the user who will manage that album. That is currently the only way to restrict a user with edit permissions on the module (required for uploading) from editing another user's files.
