 It took me a while to find this, i was playing with the langues module and suddenly i got the exception posted below
I finally found that the problem was setting "Editor Page Size" to 0

After changing it back to another value then 0 the exception was gone

paging has been added in a previous version but is able to disable and set off by default now - obviously not completely, please log the issue into the public tracker (2nd from top!) at support.dotnetnuke.com, thank you.

Work around by enabling paging in module settings with page size 999.
