That's good news, as I mentioned it was a long time ago and I have not considered it as a forum option since due to the AJAX navigation through out the forums.

Yesterday I was looking at AF again and seems to have changed for the better in regards to the navigation. I am planning for a new site now and have put AF back on the list.

Thanks

Apologies up front...

I have an Enterprise version of Active Forums 3.7 and have been trying to contact ANYONE at Active Modules for a problem with the license (says it isn't licensed) but have had no luck. Does anyone here know how I can get support on this?

Rick

The forum on Active Modules is monitored daily. I'd suggest posting there with your issue. You may be asked to send a private message with account info...but they are posting support answers daily.

Any updates on merging of AF and the core User Forum?

Mrswoop has said 6.2 (with AM integration) is out 'late Q2', so ~June. He also said the new forum software would be released somewhat in advance of 6.2. However those projections and discussion on this thread were ~8 months ago and plans/timing change.

I'm looking at installation of a new installation of some forum software on a major site and don't want to miss any imminent releases - say in the next couple months.

Has anyone seen any updated schedules for the core/AF integration - or have suggestions on which system to start out on for a new site? Features matter, but having a clean migration (any URL changes handled by 301 redirects, minimal mods to the User experience/UI, etc.) is key too.

Does anyone recommend any other forum software, e.g. YAF or something?

It seems that something rather strange is happening to this famous Active Forums update.

Where is it ? Where is the beta at Codeplex.com ?

Where is the information to all of us waiting for it ?

Is that Vaporeware ?

Sorry, DNN guys but .....
