Hey, can somone confirm the issue with server time and users online.  My recent upgrade to 3.2 is not showing users correctly (I hope! It's that, or they've all lost interest!).  I too have server and portal in different time-zones - can this really be a problem?

thnx

I had a go at changing the the Sheduler mode to "Timer Method" following your post above but it still shows zero members and guests online at all times and doesn't show which registered members are online now.

I have the same problem.

The DisableOnlineUsers is unchecked in host settings, the scheduled job for purging users is running every 5 mins, and the time zone is correctly set to EST time for the server, and still no online users show.

Any other suggestions?  Any official comment on whats happening?

Cheers
Andy.

Same problem here with 4.0.2, it used to work before I upgraded, but someone pointed out this weekend that it isn't working anymore.  I check the settings in the Host Settings page, and all looks well, but when I check to check the schedule settings I get a timeout error, so I suspect these problems are related...
