Had the same problem.  Followed the above intructions, enabled the purge users online (already enabled) and checked site settings timezone.  I found this to be different so changed it to GMT and hey presto.  Thanks.

I'mthe new user of this service.

I have the same problems. And I can't deal with them.Is here anyone who can explain me how to make it?

My portal is a UK content site hosted in the US. Therefore I want my site to reflect GMT, not the time where the server is. Does this mean that the Users Online module is of no use to me?
