I read one article from community and I'm worry about to DNN going dead in next few years. They said few negative points below:

1) DNN community does not increase ad expected. It means new members does not able to make his/her future in DNN.
2) DNN modules are developed in very old technology (Ex. Web Forms).
3) MVC modules does not fully completed our requirements.

Do they have any chance to make DNN into ASP.Net Core? Can anyone heard anything from DNN to convert it into ASP.Net Core? so everyone can host DNN website in all other operating systems (Ex. Linux and Mac).

We've been developing custom websites in DNN for years and I can honestly say I've never been more excited about the future direction and momentum that is currently going on in the community. From what I've seen, the new ownership is serious about the future of DNN and has already made some great steps forward to get community members reengaged.

DNN still has a very bright future. It's full of passionate and talented community members that will do whatever is required to make it succeed. You can see evidence of this even before DNN Corp was acquired with organizations like DNN Association and DNN-Connect forming over the past few years. In fact, I started my own company (again) a year ago largely based on DNN implementations. Once DNN Corp was acquired, Andy's committments and some of the most recent changes only further solidify DNN's future. One of the most important of those updates is DNN's acceptance into the .NET Foundation. I for one am more than optimistic on continuing to base projects on the best .NET-based CMS available.

Very well stated Will and I would like to echo those same thoughts. We are very excited about the future of DNN and its ecosystem! Keval, if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask. There are many in the community (like Will, Sebastian, Jon and others) that are more than willing to help. Cheers to a great and promising future!
