9.3.0 Testing Status & Release Date
We are targeting the official release for the beginning of next week.
Starting with Dnn 10 we will no longer do testing on IE 11, PRs for IE fixes will still be welcome be we will drop testing on it.

NuGet Packages
Discuss Microsoft feedback regarding packages, and PR. Open item regarding backfilling changes.
We are revamping the Nuget Packages in 9.3.0, Oliver will update the release notes accordingly for developer guidance.

Mitch to review discussions with Jon Galloway and updated strategy
Andrew is working on implementing his last year proof of concept and is writing a spec at https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Platform/issues/2599

NDepend for Code Quality
We have a free license, they now have attribution in the repository.
Not yet integrated with CI, but it is coming soon after 9.3.0 release

Language packs
Right now Dnn uses some api to obtain language packs dynamically. We do not have source control on them. We need to decide on tooling and how to organize/package the language packs.
