Server-Side Blazor to Ship in .NET Core 3.0
We had good conversations with Microsoft. They recommend to make a long term support of what we have now, then make a clean cut to .Net Core. since ASP.NET Core 3.0 will not support full framework. Microsoft announced a roadmap for full framework and it is not going away any time soon. Any ASP.NET Core LTS will only be supported for 3 years. Users will need to be more proactive in upgrades. We need to wait and see how ASP.NET Core 3.0 will be made before taking any important re-architecture and bridge path to .Net Core

Do we start working on a 9.4 or 10.0? Do we move this to long term meeting?
9.4 > Persona Bar improvements, no hidden features without a UI to manage them. C# Async
10.0 >.Net framework 4.7.2, Razor Pages? Blazor? Other?
