As you are most likely aware there has been a lot of change going on at DNN in the past month or so. As a community member, the messaging around the renewed focus on community from the new CEO, Andy Tryba, was music to my ears and probably yours too. The change in leadership and direction was a surprise to me, but it wasn’t the only surprise that would happen to me this month.
Putting Action Behind the Promises
Probably like you, I wondered what all this change would mean for the DNN community, platform, company, and ecosystem. Andy has boldly stated that he’s placing focus back on the community and that he’s a man of action and results. What I wasn’t expecting was that my passion for DNN and the DNN Community would cross paths with one of the new CEO’s strategic goals… to help revive & grow the DNN Ecosystem.
With that said, I’m honored and excited to say that I’m returning to DNN and taking on the role of “Ecosystem Manager”.
Sometimes life takes odd paths to various destinations. I am excited that my journey has led me back to DNN, back to a solution and community that I’m passionate about, and to a new role where I will do my best to serve everyone in the ecosystem as best possible.
Next Steps
In the coming days and weeks I will work with the new CEO, Andy Tryba, and team to understand the new vision and direction for the community and ecosystem. I’m sure my marching orders will become clearer in time and we’ll be communicating those outwardly.
Again, I look forward to serving you, the greater DNN Community & ecosystem, and I am excited to play a part in this transformation.
Regards,
Clint Patterson
