2sxc 7.2 released with features like CSV/Paging/Caching, Angular-Translate and support for npm, grunt

2sxc 7.2 offers many new features. The most important are:

1. Paging Data Source
2. CSV Data Source
3. Caching Data Source
4. Added bower into development system
5. Multilanguage Angular-JS stuff added - Angular Translate
6. Current languages now available to 2sxc modules
7. Added new LightList EAV implementation
8. npm / grunt support in the apps
9. GUID reset option when exporting Apps
10. github support for apps

Some fixes

• removed occasional JS errors right after logging in (timing issue with iframes)
• removed keys on old, unused 2sxc-tables which prevented removal of older apps
• removed some 2sxc-data in JSON when not in edit-mode
• tokens in content sometimes got parsed when the token engine was used
• toolbar failed on list-header

Some refactoring like

• Template selector now outside of ascx-files
• template selector now using the 2sxc bootstrapping and services
• more minified, cleaned up
• changed all js-calls to refer to the files in lower-case
