This morning I ventured outside of the OpenForce sessions to see another interesting topic. Windows Live Tools and development with VS2008. Here are the random bits of notes I took during the session. I ended up having to depart the session early as I needed to take myself a little break, and I believe that I'd be called out if I said I went off and did some work. There's a picture or two floating around of me sleeping in the speaker room! So yes, I had a late night (see my blog post around 3am) and had a rough morning as a result :)

What is Windows Live? Software as a service vision from MS. Collection of end user offerings today, process of building a platform that can be developed on.
Number of services exposed through the platform today
Threshold 1 million users per month for a 3 month window (I may have these numbers wrong). Over threshold is $.25 per user per year. Other opportunities available to offset those costs.
