Enhancement: Set History on Announcements module (Version 03.03.00)

Last week I mentioned new enhancements to Announcements module version 03.03.00 which is currently shipped with DNN (3.3.0).

Luckily for me, I had to cut the post short as I was off to Anglesea for the weekend, but now I'm back... please let me mention the other enhancement which I didn't get to outline.

Announcements 03.03.00 now includes a module setting which enables Administrators to set the history in days of announcements. This means the Administrator can set the history to 1 day and only announcements created or updated on the current day will display. Alternatively, the Administrator can set the history to 7 days to display all announcements created or updated on the previous 7 days.

This change is an improvement on the previous system of expiring events on a selected day as the Administrator can now view and access older announcements and simply update them to have them appear on a more recent date. The export and import of Announcements will also export and import all of the announcement in the module.
