Help 2.0.5 ready to go through the release process

These are the tems we fixed for Help 2.0.5

Add Search functionality
Critical Error occurs when searching
Import duplicates tutorials in multiple categories
Inconsistent results when reordering Categories
Category tree closes when a category is moved by View Order
Delete Category required Dialog Warning Box
Display selected Category name above tutorials
Modification required to Field Level Help
Change spelling error on Manage Categorys interface
Search returns duplicate results
Refactor Code
Update User Guide for Version 02.00.05

Now that these are done we are going to be guinea pigs for the new module release process.  The module release process is designed to improve the visibility and quality of the core modules.
