A short request so DotNetNuke can serve the Community more effectively.
When submitting issue reports in Gemini please, please, pretty please give more details than a 1 line description or a URL to a forum thread about an issue.
And most importantly... what verson of DotNetNuke you're running and if you upgraded, from what version of DotNetNuke did you upgrade.
I'll share a typical bug template to give folks an idea of what we're looking for in Gemini issues:
Title:
Area Name – short description of problem
Pre bug reproduction step information:
DNN version – how installed (upgrade or auto, typical, custom clean installation)
Windows version
SQL version
Are you with a hosting provider or self-hosted?

If web.config has been altered from the default settings say so here.
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Result:
What actually happened when you performed the listed actions above
File Attachments:
Please add Event Viewer and/or Windows Event log messages in TEXT form.
Best practice is to copy and paste the errors into WORDPAD, save as .txt, then re-open and copy out of WORDPAD.
Please add SCREENSHOTS as much as possible.
Best practice is to copy into MSPAINT or similar program such as "SnagIt" and save as .JPG or similar extension.
Bonus points for people copying out of MSPAINT into WORD. This results in about an 80% reduction in file size.
If you are adding DEBUG or SQL files please save them in their NATIVE file extensions and then add them.
EG: .dbg or .trc. SQL, etc.
Triple bonus points if you submit your bugs as a video like Bogdan Litescu has done:
