I still remember those days when I was a developer who liked to build everything by myself. Yeah, I developed a good set of cool stuff, but then I discovered many similar products existent on the field, and that many of them were developed by programming teams. Of course, those teams grew faster than me with those products and that makes sense because two or more heads think better that just one no matter how good you are.
For me, the DotNetNuke© community has become my development team. Here, I can share my ideas, obtain some ideas, answers to some problems and to test my skills and learn more at the same time by giving support wherever I can. I learned my lesson about not trying to reinvent the wheel (helping the inventor and giving ideas could make a better wheel).
I really like the idea to give some support and ideas to the DNN project because the final product will be used by “me” to help “me” at the same time it is used by “you” to help “you”. So, it is great to know that most people here are thinking this product is being used by “us” to help “us”, and that we take this community as a big team built from many smaller teams.
I will take this opportunity to thank all this community for being so great. And of course, to the core team to keep this running and well arranged.
