ASP.NET 2 Migration Update - .NET2 Runtime support

Yesterday marked a milestone in our efforts to prepare for .NET 2 support. 

I was able to take the current "working" code in our Source Repository and make it run on .NET2. (build in 1.1 - run on 2.0)

The process was quite simple.

I downloaded the latest code and installed it on a test site under ASP.NET 1.1, together with every core module that ships with v3.1.1, as well as the Forum module, and the soon to be released Blog Module.

Once installed I successfully added an instance of most of the modules to a page on the site.

I then configured IIS, so that the "Test site" was .NET2, and browsed again to the site.  It comes up with no difficulties.

In fact, I was able to switch back-and-forth between .NET1.1 and .NET2.  This is done in IIS by changing 2 properties of the "Application" - the Application Pool needs to be changed to ASP.NET v2.0 for .NET 2 (DefaultAppPool for .NET 1.1) and the ASP.NET version needs to be changed to the appropriate version of .NET installed.

Unfortunately, due to some issues with the Viewstate rewriting that we do, we cannot do this in the current release version (3.1.1).
