I know some of you are wondering what's going on with the Wiki module. You haven't seen a release in a few months! Well never fear, the module is still moving forward. Development is ongoing for the next release, which will contain some bug fixes as well as much needed new features!
Why has it taken so long? Well mainly because I spent the last 3 months working on my 73 Datsun 240z (www.project240z.com). Well yesterday that all quickly came to a halt! I was competing the car in its maiden autocross run and the engine failed... Luckily it didn't spill it's guts out onto the course, but it did quit running and we were unable to get it started again. We did find part of the problem, related to this photo
That's not a good sign! Once we found that we rolled the car back to the trailer and loaded it up for the day. All was not lost though and I got asked to codrive a Pontiac Solstice at the SCCA Solo Nationals coming up in September in Topeka Kansas. I registered for the event and booked my hotel today, I'm looking forward to the time away from the office as well as the opportunity to drive a very competitive car!
After Septmeber I'll have a busy few months with DotNetNuke activities. Right now I'm planning on speaking at the 2007 Tulsa Tech Fest as well as I made reservations for the hotel in Vegas for OpenForce07 today! If you're available I highly recommend attending OpenForce07. It should be a great opportunity for anyone who uses DotNetNuke to learn more from some of the core team, as well as other leading experts in the DotNetNuke field. I'm excited about the event, and hope you will be too! See you in Vegas!
