SQLDataProvider

I am happy to report that I have an Abstract Factory architecture with a full SQL Server Data Provider implementation completed. The most time consuming part involved rewriting all of the DAL methods for each class in the DNN Core. The SQL Server implementation benefited from the Microsoft Data Access Application Blocks ( DAAB ) SqlHelper class. Another interesting enhancement which came about as a result of this enhancement is the ability to rename all SQL Server database objects so that DoNetNuke can coexist with other applications in the same SQL Server database. This is a very useful feature in hosted environments where you may have multiple sites but only a single SQL Server database.
