What's new in the Control Panel of DNN 4.04.01

Whilst there aren't a lot on new features in DNN 4.04.01, there have been a number of changes made to the Control Panel which I think are worth mentioning.

New Look Icons: I alway like something new and pretty to look at and there is now a full suite of new icons used in the control panel. It's only a visual change however the icons now more accurately represent their purpose, especially the new Add icon in the module section and the new Common Task icons.

Site Wizard: The Site Wizard has been relocated under the Admin menu, providing additional real estate for common tasks.

Roles: The new Roles icon in the Common Tasks section replaces the Site Wizard. Click this button to go to the Admin > Security Roles page.

Install New Features: The Install New Features link is displayed to the Host only and is located below the module insertion tools in the center of the Control Panel. Click this link to go to the Host > Module Definitions page to check if any later versions of installed modules are available. If a newer versions is available a big green tick button will be displayed beside that module. Click on it to download the latest version and then you can install it.
