Just over two weeks ago I blogged about a new offering in my role of Director of Training for DotNetNuke Corp. We announced that we were going to start offering some free DotNetNuke training in addition to our instructor led training courses that we’ve been offering since May.
A couple days last week, and one day this week I conducted some of that free training, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of interest from the DotNetNuke community! We had a TON of people sign up for the training an way more people than I expected attend the training and ask questions (over 30 minutes of questions after each session). The feedback I’ve received from the attendees has been great, and it is much appreciated.
We are going to continue with this line of free training, and while we don’t have any of those classes scheduled just yet (except for the remaining Basic DotNetNuke Skinning training on the 16th of August) we are going to work on getting the course scheduled again in September. Just because the courses won’t be offered again for a month doesn’t mean that you missed out on the training.
The delivered webinars were recorded and are available for anyone to view, even if you didn’t sign up for the session when it was offered. To view these webinars head on over to our DotNetNuke Training page and click on the Basic Webinars link. Each of the three courses we’ve delivered are listed there and have a link to watch the recording. So if you missed out on our Installing DotNetNuke, Basic DotNetNuke Administration or this week’s Basic DotNetNuke Module Development courses you can watch them right now and get caught up!
In addition to the Basic DotNetNuke Webinars, we also offer paid training in the form of our Advanced DotNetNuke Webinars. These advanced training sessions go into a lot more detail than the basic webinars. We are doing our 4 day (14 hour) DotNetNuke Module Development course next Tuesday thru Friday. Our advanced webinars are provided on an ongoing basis, be sure to check out the DotNetNuke Training page for that schedule.
