I recently purchased EasyDNN eds THemes 11.1 for my 9.3.2 DNN community site @ santiagoperezart.com.  I was able to load the theme, modules etc. I wanted to import their template as a starting point to see how they create onepage sites. When I imported the template according to their instructions on http://help.easydnnsolutions.com/eds-...

I can see the import status as submitted but it stays there even though I want into the schedule and Ran Now. I did this last night and still shows as submitted.

I check the schedule:

I don't see a task in the queue

I checked logs immediately after I hit "Run Now" and also checked this morning but I don't fin any exceptions regarding Import/Export.

I'm at a loss and not sure how to get this template imported properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Santiago,

I am not using any easyDNN stuff at the moment, but I would recommend to submit a support request on their site: https://support.easydnnsolutions.com/...

Happy DNNing!
Michael

Thank you Michael.

EasyDNN got back to me and suggested I remove the server name and execute Run Now and it worked! I think there was some strange characters in the server like prefix of ,, or suffix of '' that I didn't enter. Server name got populated automatically.
