you can safely check-in my modified script files to core project. They do not affect any other user. Just fix Turkish collation problems

Hi DNN development team,

We all are expecting Turkish support for DotNetNuke. Please take it in your program. I'm ready to participate and help for this job. In fact, I created a database in Turkish but I can't try it because of DNN installation process. To run it, I need manuel DB configuration, and skipping DB part of Installation wizard.

if you want, I can send the whole DNN db creation script.
