Here is my scenario:
  • I recently upgraded to DNN 8.4. The DNN Blog we are using is at version 4.1.1.
  • The DNN Blog version 4.1.1 is working on my test website but not working on my production website.
  • The website configuration setup on both sites are the same with the exception that the test website is not accessible by the public and the production website is accessible by the public. You can see the error we are receiving on the website at http://www.ncwildlife.org/News/Blogs/NCWRC-Blog. It says in red text at the top of the content section "You must be logged in and have permission to create or edit a blog." When you click on a blog post link, you are directed to a page that says,
"The www.ncwildlife.org page isn’t working

www.ncwildlife.org redirected you too many times.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

I was working with DNN support to help troubleshoot the problem and they directed me to the forum to report my issue as well. They informed me that DNN Blog is no longer included in the DNN core software and to find information at the website - https://github.com/DNN-Connect/DNN-Blog. They suggested to upgrade to the newest version on the github site which is version 6.03. I tried to upgrade the blog on my test website and received the error below.

There are several issues here.  Can anyone give me any guidance?  I really need to get the blog back up on the website.
