With the release of the newest versions of Dotnetnuke, the 3.0.12 version of the Gallery module was included. This interim release includes fixes for some showstoppers the module faced in recent Dotnetnuke versions.

There aren't any enhancements included with this release and it should still be considered BETA. The Gallery Team is already working on the next release that will showcase several enhancements to the module including the addition of a DAL.

The 3.0.12 version is available in the project's downloads area

To post bugs please use the Developing the Gallery Forum

To check the fixed bugs please go to Dotnetnuke's Bug Tracker for the Gallery Project.

*EDIT*

To stress on what Nes has already said (and I changed the subject, for details read on) this is just a quick patch release basically that will upgrade existing installs. This should correct some of the major problems noticed especially in 4.x installs. We have a major release coming up for the gallery with very major changes. (Chris Paterra -> Gallery Project ) See my blog for more details.
