When guest browse my webiste first times, i want Vietnamese is a first language not English.

I can set the first language is Vietnamese when admin login but I can't config for guest. 

Can you help me ?

 Guest language is either derived from Browser preferences (if enabled in Admin :: Language Settings) or using Portal default language, specified in Admin :: Site Settings.

Thanks Sebastian Leupold,

I config it successfull. I unchecked  "Enable Browser Language Detection For Current Portal" and set default language is Vietnamese in Site Settings. Combined two options will be successfull.
