I want to change title, content  of  module (text/html,artical,...) and name of the all pages in myportal from English to France when I click a button . Please show me the way to do this work?

To do this work, i have to....how?. If can't do this work, tell me...Why!

you need to use one of the available 3rd party solutions, e.g. from Locopon or Apollo. They both have modules for localization of page and module attributes as well as ML content modules. There are other developers providing ML modules as well, e.g. www.portalfabrik.net.
