I have a site hosted on GoDaddy.com, it's root installed. The issue that I'm having is that my custom module is not displaying the localized labels (not even the default language) when the user is not authenticated to the site. If a user authenticates then they can see the localization. I've not been able to reproduce the problem locally. Thoughts?

Never did come across a solution for this issue. I ended up re-installing DNN to GoDaddy (v4.4.1) and the problem no longer exists.
