Hi,

I installed a spanish language pack and specified the default language for the portal to be spanish.

But when I enter the portal it still is being displayed in english

logged in users need to set their preferred language in their own profile. Click on your name and set the appropriate language.

I know that, but what about unauthenticated users? They should see the default language, or not?

when testing for unauthenticated users, make sure you delete the cookies.

unauthenticated users see the preferred language as define in their browser, if it is available in the portal, unless you uncheck "" in Admin > Languages
