After upgrading to 8.3 the site is not detecting the browser language.  This is one of the sites http://www.info-factor.com/

are you using Advanced URLs (in Web.config, urlFormat should be "advanced" instead of "humanfriendly")

Yes sir, urlFormat is "Advanced". It is broken since 8.3 upgrade.

I have the same issue on a new 8.3 site.

If I enable the multilanguages it works with domain.com/en-AU & domain.com/en-AU.

But as soon as I try and change the site aliases and the mappings to the languages it breaks.

So if I have domain.com.au set as primary, and set to en-AU, and domain.co.nz set as primary and set to en-NZ the link isn't generated correctly.

So if I start with domain.com.au the flag for NZ is active, but the link in the code is domain.com.au, and similarly if I start with domain.co.nz.
