Hello!

I'm working on a bilingual portal and have a page that is available to registered users only.

Depending on the localization I link to /en-us/Download or /de-de/Downloads. Note that it's 2 different pages (once with s, once without s). Both pages are set for registered users only.

When I access the link as an unregisters user, the /en-us/Download link sets off a 302 and redirects to Login?returnurl=<url> like it should be.
The /de-de/Downloads link however sends a 302 and redirects to /en-us/ for no apparent reason. So visitors of the german localization end up on the english startpage when they use the link.

I can't figure out what the hell is going on - I cleaned up the TabUrls table, tested on the local environment and even created new pages, evertime the same result.

 Any ideas?

 Greets,
Narf

Hi Narf,
how did you implement localization of pages and did you make sure, in Admin > Site Settings (2nd tab), there is one alias for each language marked as primary each, and eventually a neutral one, marked as primary as well.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

I found this Bugreport in regard to the issue:
