I created a page in our wiki, and it appears under the index list. But I am unable to edit or delete it; I'm guessing that this has something to do with having a dash (-) in the article name. Everytime I try to access or edit it, it creates a new page without the dash in the name, which then appears in the index...this is fine, except that I cannot access the original page to delete it.

How can I delete the original page so I have only one article with that title in the index?

Are you running the 04.01.00 release, or the 04.00.01 release?

We are running the 04.01.00 release currently, although I can't say for sure whether the page was created before we upgraded from 04.00.01 or not.

Any ideas? I would really like to be able to delete that erroneous page. It's not very professional-looking.

This is likely the same issue I submitted to Gemini in March (WKI-7251). Gemini says the issue is still in progress, and I know for a fact it still causes issues on some of the sites I maintain.
