Hi mastah's,

im new to DNN. i just want to manually code the link for edit profile.

here is the scenario: i have a module in which it includes to display Edit Profile Link.

i had tried this code:

<asp:HyperLink ID="HyperLink1" runat="server"
                style="text-decoration: underline"
                NavigateUrl = "[AS:URL:EDITPROFILE]" Text="Edit Profile">
</asp:HyperLink>
but it is not showing anything. it says bad request.

i have also tried another solution/code:

ModuleController mc = new ModuleController();
            ModuleInfo mi = mc.GetModuleByDefinition(PortalId, "User Accounts");
            HyperLink1.NavigateUrl = DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.NavigateURL(mi.TabID, "Edit", "mid=" + mi.ModuleID.ToString(), "UserID=" + UserId.ToString());

this works,.  but the problem is, it only work for admin/superuser only. please anyone. can help.

thank you very much.
