I want to allow certain users to upload files to the Media Module, so that they can choose the picture to use for "their" page.  But, I can't seem to allow them to upload.  They can get into the "Edit Media Options" menu.  They can change the image using the image selector.  But there's no "Upload New File" link under the File Name dropdown, although I can see it when logged in as Super User.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

In order for users to be able to upload files using any module, they also need to have a folder created that they have upload permissions to.  Do this in the Admin > File Manager module.
