I tried to edit the module options but I got missing folder errors so i made them manually, but now I get this error:

Server Error in '/videos' Application.

That doesn't have anything to do with the Media Module itself, but rather with your DNN installation.  You're potentially missing files from your DNN site.  I'd suggest doing a Differential on your DNN installation with a clean install directory of the same version of DNN.  Using a free tool like WinMerge will do.  Have the diff tool look at the cleanly installed BIN directory of DNN, and compare it to the BIN directory of the site having the error to see what you're missing.

I'd also suggest having this done to all of your site, except for the Portals and DesktopModules folders, because it's likely you are missing even more files.
