Is this possible at all with this media module or any MP3 module at all?

what do you mean by "consistent"? if you want to have it playing continuosly, you might need to run DNN in a frame, where another frame holds the music.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, how a song play from the hompage and play while you visit every page on the site.

 

How do you have any tips on how to go about doing what you mentioned, frames within DNN? I was looking into iFrame but I don't think that will do what I need it do.

you need to use a frameset around DotNetNuke, not inside!

you will need to create a default.htm page as frameset containing dnn in a frame - this will of course affect the URL and some other stuff. Good Luck!
