I thought this problem was fixed in version 4.4.1.  I'm still experiencing it in module version 4.4.3 using DNN 4.9.1.

The subject line of the email message shows the subject ID, not the name or the value.

Sorry, make that supposedly fixed in 4.4.2.

But I'm still experiencing it using 4.4.3.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I know, Matthias had same issue yesterday, it looks like he hasn't succeeded yet to log it, would you be so kind and enter it into the public issue tracker (2nd from toop) at support.dotnetnuke.com, and we will take care to get it moved into the project tracker. Thank you!

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
