Problem with new version Feedback Module version 04.04.01 on DNN version 04.07.00 I had 2 instances of the feedback module on one page - a contact form and a website feedback form - problem is that when a user fills in one form, they see a message from the second form requiring entering email address on the second form as well as the first.

In a previous version of the module (03.02.01), I had this in place with no problems.
