Hi,

I am running dnn 4.3.5 and just installed the newest FAQ 4.4.0. I had exported my FAQs prior to updating and tried to import them back into the new module, but I got this error: An error occured during this import

Will 4.4.0 not run on 4.3.5 or is this something else?

thanks

there might be a change in export format, that breaks the import. Usually export / import is supported on same version only. do not uninstall modules you want to upgrade.
