Hi,

As part of my automated build and deploy pipeline I want to automatically install my module build.

This used to work with the <site>/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources URL

Even after the relevant files were removed for security reasons, I could continue to operate.  I would copy them back to the install folder, do my automated install and then delete them.

I find with DNN 9.3 even that does not work.  The page reports success, but does not install the module.  I WANT zero interaction module install.  I DO NOT WANT to have click through that tedious set of screens with detail about the module/license stuff/etc.

Is there a solution to automating module install with NO User Interaction?

If not, can anyone give me a clue on where to look in the code?  Is there some method I can call that will do the install silently?

Best wishes,
