I installed DNN721 using install pack. After installing DNN I am  getting login pop up. But pop showing error. I am not sure what to do next.

If you're using windows 2008 and you're not fully patched, then IIS does not support extensionless urls (such as mysite.com/login) by default - you have to ensure that http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980368 is running . If youre not using windows 2008 , or that patch doesn't work I'd recommend checking what the actual requests are via a http proxy such as fiddler.
