I have a sub-calendar which gets its info from a main calendar.

I just had an issue where someone (a portal admin) added multiple events to the sub-calendar instead of the main calendar; UGH.

Is there a way to disable the ability to add events on the sub-calendar?

Thanks..

An Admin can do anything, so letting him/her in that role cannot prevent this. Admins have full rights.

Best way to achieve this is to create a specific role for adding events and let that role have only right to add events to the main calendar and not to the subcalendar.
