Hello

I am new to dotnetnuke. I have installed community edition and what I found that some modules like Link, Forum, Blogs are not available. So how can install it to our website. Do I need to to pay to install this or if these modules are free then from where I can get and how will I install it.

To install packaged modules, not selected during framework installation or updated versions:

  • login as superuser ("host")
  • go to Extensions in Host menu
  • make sure to be in Edit mode (top left corner)
  • use "Install Available Extensions" from module action menu or link at the bottom
  • select items to install and click install
  • review the install log for errors
  • go to target page and select module from control panel.

Mukesh, you can create new templates as a HOST/SUPERUSER from the Host/PORTALS page. Exporting an existing portal creates a portal template
