CKEditor does Support embedding Flash videos, another free option is DNN media module (http://dnnmedia.codeplex.com).
There are a number of module suites in the store, which support integration of videos in rich text content as well.

Rao,

I use an antiquated method....I use a table to provide the basis for a presentation and then I insert an HTML script such as the following, which is specific to my website:

<td><br />

                                    <video id="sampleMovie" preload="none" controls="true" poster="/Portals/0/VwcTitles/UsingCrosscutSledTitle.jpg" height="480" width="720">

                                    <source src="https://vwcorg.blob.core.windows.net/turnervideo/OverviewJetAndPowermatic_1.mp4" type="video/mp4"></source>

                                    <source src="https://vwcorg.blob.core.windows.net/turnervideo/OverviewJetAndPowermatic_1.ogv" type="video/ogg"></source>

                                    <source src="https://vwcorg.blob.core.windows.net/turnervideo/OverviewJetAndPowermatic_1.webm" type="video/webm"></source>

                                    <object data="http://releases.flowplayer.org/swf/flowplayer-3.2.1.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="480" width="720">

                                    <param name="movie" value="http://releases.flowplayer.org/swf/flowplayer-3.2.1.swf">

                                    <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true">

                                    <param name="wmode" value="transparent">

                                    <param name="flashvars" value="config={&quot;clip&quot;:{&quot;url&quot;:&quot;https://vwcorg.blob.core.windows.net/turnervideo/OverviewJetAndPowermatic_1.flv&quot;,&quot;autoPlay&quot;:false,&quot;autoBuffering&quot;:true}}">

                                    </object>

                                    </video>

                                    <table height="5" width="720">

                                        <tbody>

                                        </tbody>

                                    </table>

                                    <br />

                                    <p style="margin: 0in;">&nbsp;</p>

                                    </td>
