Hello, I am having problems with mfs Video Module on my site. I try uploading a .wmv video size 37MB when after a few minutes I get an error:

"

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration>

"

 Please help!

Hi

Module can convert video to flv format while uploading of max size 10 MB. So before upload big size video you can convert it to flv format using any free available tool. For reference you can check below link:

http://www.easyflv.com/flv-converter.php

And one more thing, in order to upload a file more than 4 MB size you need to increase the value of maxrequestlength present in web.config file. For reference you can check below link:

http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/10842/Setting-up-Web-config-to-allow-uploading-of-large

Thanks, I am now working on the size increase. In the meantime, I went ahead and converted the .wmv to .flv on my workstation and uploaded the files. Now I get a 200 Stream Not Found error : (

Here is the detail of my actions: created a folder on the server to put .flv file, startframe, playey flv mini,  files in that one folder.

Please advise.

Hi

I think there might be something wrong with that .flv file. Can you check by uploading any other dummy .flv file those are available in internet and check whether it is working or not

Thanks

Still no luck :( I loaded a .flv into the player and it still gives me the 200 error.
