Its rather hard to add a module in IE9. The menu disapare before you can change the category.
This works in Firefox 5 (in ff 5 there are other minor tweeks needed to get the drop downs to render corectly)

Just started some test. First impression much better than CTP 1-3. However not a Wow yet..

Popups are slow very slow...

The module add behavior that Jan noted in IE 9 is also present in IE 8.

This is a known issue across IE. It is being worked on by Dev for the final release.
