since upgrading to the alpha 5.4 User Registration is showing errors. It states "User Registration is Currently unavailable" meanwhile the user has been registered but is not redirected to the user profile page. This is happening on our main site and all the sub domains as well.

 Also there is a error if you put more than one calender on a page. We put a Event calender at United Petition for every time zone in the USA. The top calender is acting as the main catch all but is not designated as such so it is throwing a error as well.

I was wondering is there a fix for these errors and if so what are they.

Hello;
The User Registration issue is known and the workaround for this is as follows:
Log into your site as HOST
Go Admin - Site Settings
scroll down and expand Advanced Settings
Verify your "Registration Page" is set correctly - this was getting reset on upgrades in 5.3. versions and may be an issue due to build packaging

As for the events module you might find an answer for that at Codeplex: http://dnnevents.codeplex.com/
or you can log a bug against the events module.

sorry, there are known issues with Events and DNN 5.5 according to changes in the DNN data layer. The project team is working on this subject for a future module version.
