Hi,

i am using DNN 05.02.03. In backened means layout i have written

<dnn:LOGIN CssClass="footer_text" ID="login" runat="server" />

when i am  logining from home page the url shows like this

http://My site url/Home/tabid/40/Default.aspx?returnurl=%2fHome.aspx 

login page is not display..

on the top i define 

<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="LOGIN" Src="~/Admin/Skins/Login.ascx" %>

it looks fine but thats a very old version so it may have been a bug (there were some issues around custom login pages a few years ago) - the URL generated is wrong, either it should contain the name of a custom login page (which you define in admin->site settings) or contain login.aspx or ctl=login, otherwise dotnetnuke does not know to load a login control.

In Admin > Site Settings, did you specify a Login Page?
