Thanks guys...

Sebastian - user directory looks useful... good tip. I am getting an error with it (below) any ideas?

Error: User Directory is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. ---> System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlNullValueException: Data is Null. Ahh - figured it out... 35 of my users had a NULL value for their biography - I guess DNN must allow that? But, the code in userdirectory to load the profile fields doesn't look like it properly protects against a null value.

there should be no user profile records with Null values, but DNN is not using constraints and prefers to sort it out in the API :(
Either delete these rows or replace the values by empty strings.
