please tell me while installing the modules in which tables entry goes please tell me tables name

Which modules? Or do you mean the module metadata (definitions)?

i  mean to say when installing the module the one entry goes to the module definition table i want to know at the same time how many tables takes the reference of the same

You have a ModuleDefinitions table and a DesktopModules table, both of them hold some information about the module itself. Then you have a Modules table and a TabModules table, which hold information about specific instances of the module and on which tabs (pages) they are placed. There are also a ModuleSettings and a TabModuleSettings table that hold information about settings of these instances, and permission tables that hold - guess what... :-)
