You should be careful about using the Site Wizard feature. It can wipe out your entire site.

There appears to be something wrong with your site specifically. Almost as if someone removed or uninstalled something incorrectly at some point. There may also be a JS conflict caused by your theme or another module on these pages. Do you see any JS errors occurring in the developer tools console when you try to update themes or view page information?

I know that several people use these scripts, but I would highly suggest that you don't run anything that alters the database in the ways that these scripts do.  This is true for any application framework - the database is not part of the API.  Irreparable damage could be experienced.

Thanks for the heads up re: site wizard. Since we had no content loaded, it really doesn't concern us in this case.

When I open the view source for the ADMIN/Page management / Home tab, this is what I get:
